answered all my questons or concerns excellent service

I had a 7:30am scheduled appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. I dropped off my car to make it more convenient for myself. At 1:15pm I sent a text for a status update and was told by my service advisor he would have to check with dispatch. At 2:30pm, still no answer, so I called, the lady tried the same service advisor but he was with a client. Said she would have him call. We close at 3:30 so my ride back up to the dealership and I just left and went up there. Car was not ready. I don't even think they started it until I got there at 3:15. My car was not ready until 4:50 pm. I asked how to avoid this in the future. Service advisor did apologize and said they got backed up, because I was not waiting, I guess I took a back seat regardless of my scheduled 7:30am appointment. Disappointed to say the least. He took $20 off. Not coming back here for my regular maintenance 😒

Bryan Angel (my service advisor) always provides excellent service! He is timely in letting me know what the cause of my issue is, getting the work done, and always treats me like I am his priority, which I appreciate!
