After going to several dealerships and talking to different sales persons I end up at this dealership. I look at the cars available till I find the one that I absolutely like it. No body came to pester me while looking at cars. Then I came inside the dealership and meet Mr. Theone Groover a true gentleman with all the patience in the world show me the cars I like it. My eyes where already on one. So after I decided Mr. Groove with all his patience went and move the car for me to give it a ride and start telling me in details everything about the car and features. All the time he spend never I felt been pushed to buy, and that to me makes a huge difference on the wrongful and generalized idea of car sales persons I had. I finally decided to buy the car and Mr. Theone Groover start doing all his work also with the same attention to the details and my interest. So, if you ever want to buy a car? Go to this dealership and if you want a true car sales professional just ask for Mr. Theone Groover. Even days after I had the car if I call for anything regarding my purchase Mr. Groover continue to be the gentleman and professional answering all my questions. I don't normally do online reviews, but because of my recent car buying experience I wanted to acknowledge the staff and overall dealership, since not all car buying experiences are pleasant. I had other Cadillac Dealership options closer to me, but this dealership and personnel proved the best for me. I had a great experience at Hilton Head Cadillac. I traded in my 2016 Cadillac XTS for a wonderful new Cadillac CT5. I believe I got a good fair deal financially overall with the added benefit of the Staff and facility. The staff were all courteous, friendly, very attentive, customer focused, thorough, comfortable and easy to work with. Almost felt like you were dealing with family. Our hats off to my salesperson, Kiefer Buggle who lead and managed the overall experience and to the Sales Manager Jim and all the staff I came in contact with. I highly recommend Kiefer and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle and dealership.

UPDATE: After this review the GM of the dealership called and we went over the issues. He was able to obtain one of only 3 parts that were availablet for the repair in the US. Hilton Head Buick GMC gave me a loaner vehicle and repaired my vehicle a week later. I am now very satisfied with the visit. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Over 3 weeks and still no parts have arrived to fix the issue with my vehicle.
